Personally I’m kind of intimidated by lawyers and their suits. However, I think you can underline that lawyers in the Silicon Valley who are familiar with startups often have excellent advice for startup founders, even those in early early stages. So you might want to milk this as “get free help from lawyers who read executive summaries as much as the VCs do” instead of “got lawsuit?” — because who does?
I’m in! Not for the lawsuit. For the lawyers. And the food.
